Coverage Policies
  • We offer the VDW (Vehicle Damage Waiver) for your peace of mind
  • Renter must either purchase our VDW coverage at time of rental or provide current proof of full-coverage insurance in the renter’s name.
  • NOTE: In case of accident, this type of coverage has a $1,000 deductible that must be paid by renter before VDW coverage with apply to any repair expenses exceeding $1,000.

Driver Policies
  • Age Requirement: Renter and any additional driver(s) must be at least 23 years of age.
  • Additional Drivers: Any driver other than renter must be present at time of rental, at least 23 years of age, and have a current driver’s license. An additional driver charge may apply.

Payment Policies
  • We accept credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Discover) or cash (with qualifications). Cash rentals require the following items:

1) $200 prepaid, refundable security deposit

2) Current driver’s license of renter and any additional drivers

3) Current paycheck stub to verify employment

4) Current utility bill to verify residence
  • NOTE: Additional documents may also be required for cash rental.

Minimum Rental
Weekends: 2 day minimum rental period for all passenger vehicles rented during a weekend.
Holidays: Varying minimum rental period based on availability during holidays or other popular events/vacation times.

Late Charges

Most passenger vehicle rentals are based on a 24-hour day. A car rented at 10am is due back at 10am on the due date. We do offer, however, offer a 1-hour grace period. If the vehicle is returned within the 1-hour grace period, there will be no additional hourly charges. Beyond the 1-hour period, an hourly rate will apply for every hour the vehicle is late until it equals the rate for an additional day. Charges for optional services such as VDW coverage are charged as full days after the 1 hour grace period.

Reservation Policies
Reservations are required in advance to secure a rental vehicle for a specific date and time. When placing a reservation, a valid credit card in the renter’s name or appropriate cash deposit with documents is required to process the reservation. While every effort is made to ensure that reservations are filled per the renter’s expectations, we reserve the right to substitute rental vehicles or equipment as necessary based on inventory or other business requirements.
