| Weekends: 2 day minimum rental period for all passenger vehicles rented during a weekend. |
| Holidays: Varying minimum rental period based on availability during holidays or other popular events/vacation times. |
Most passenger vehicle rentals are based on a 24-hour day. A car rented at 10am is due back at 10am on the due date. We do offer, however, offer a 1-hour grace period. If the vehicle is returned within the 1-hour grace period, there will be no additional hourly charges. Beyond the 1-hour period, an hourly rate will apply for every hour the vehicle is late until it equals the rate for an additional day. Charges for optional services such as VDW coverage are charged as full days after the 1 hour grace period. |
Reservations
are required in advance to secure a rental vehicle for a specific date
and time. When placing a reservation, a valid credit card in the renter’s
name or appropriate cash deposit with documents is required to process
the reservation. While every effort is made to ensure that reservations
are filled per the renter’s expectations, we reserve the right
to substitute rental vehicles or equipment as necessary based on inventory
or other business requirements. |
